erika's Must-Haves

What are my must-haves you ask? Besides my two cups of coffee (I'm a lunatic without my coffee lol), I also drink a "Glowing Green Smoothie" every day. It's the best way to get my superfoods in for the day and of course, it's the best way to beautify my vibrant, smooth skin (wink).

 
 



I know I know, it looks like baby puke, but it tastes DELICIOUS. My green smoothie contains kale, romaine lettuce, spinach, broccoli, celery, lemon juice, 1 apple and 1 banana. All the ingredients are organic. And don't forget the supplements. I take fish oil (good for memory!), iron (since I don't eat red meat), Vitamin D (probably the most important vitamin...it's good for the joints, muscle soreness and a cancer fighter) and BioAstin (it's a great anti-oxidant and good for the joint).
