Pre-Birthday Long Run

So today I ran the last long run of my 20's. As of tomorrow I will be the dirty 30! (ugh!). Anyhow, today's run was amazing. It was actually 58 degrees this morning, which is an anomaly for Miami. My workout consisted of a 5.5 mile warm-up and then a 6 mile progression of 2miles @ 7.00 min pace, then 2miles @ 6.50 min pace, then 2miles @ 6.40 min pace and then a 5.5 cool down. Now some chillaxing for the rest of the day.... ;) Pin It
