Thursday at The Track

Today I focused on speed, so I went to the track and did some mile repeats. Ugh, it hurt! It was rather painful, but somehow I got through it (I must confess that I wanted to go home fast so I could eat my delicious oatmeal!).

I ended up running about 17 miles today. I'm feeling a little sore and quite tired, but hopefully it'll be a slow shift at work tonight. Stay tuned for the next video!!!

P.S. Disregard the weird camera angle. It's hard getting it right by yourself =/
