- Went to bed at 8:30 am and I woke up at 1:30 pm.
- I put on my Newton visor, Saucony sports bra, Nike shorts and my Newton sneakers.
- I went on an easy-paced 9 mile run and I incorporated 15 sets of 10 second hill sprints (more like garage ramp sprints!). I was full of energy, so I decided to add a little oomph into my workout and some strength training as well. I took a little trip to the BB&T Center and ran some set of stairs there.
I felt as bad a$$ as Rocky Balboa, minus the curled lip:

But when I was done with this a few times:
