8 mile run
Today I was inspired to write about "my desires" and what I would do if money wasn't an object of necessity. As I sat down in front of my computer, I perused through Ali on the Run's blog and her post caused me to introspect on my life. She reminded me that dreaming and wishing could be so much fun.
The truth is, that wishful thinking need not be an unrealistic dream; most of our desires are attainable if you put your mind to it (and yes, money would be necessary, but you don't need to do all these things at once!).
So, after reading Ali's post, I sat back for a moment and thought about the things I would do if I didn't have to work and if money wasn't an object.
I would do a safari in Africa
I would visit a temple in the Motherland
I would visit the Aushwitz Camp in Poland
I would meditate with monks in Asia
I would kiss my husband on top of the Eiffel Tower
I would take a gondola ride in Italy
I would do yoga in Tahiti
I would visit the Vatican in Rome
I would visit Napa Valley in California.....
And make wine =)~
I would do a long run with the Kenyans in Kenya
I would visit the Musee du Louvre in Paris to see the Mona Lisa
I would complete a mission in a village
I would run with the Hansons as my "full-time job"
These are just a few things I would do...Sounds more like a bucket list huh?
What things do you have planned on your bucket list?
