Today's Workout:
4.5 mile run

Today's Message: JUST KEEP MOVING FORWARD!! Make it a goal to get up and walk or run. Make it a goal to sweat. Make it a goal to eat clean and healthy. Make it a goal to take charge of your life. Make it a goal to exercise at least 20 minutes a day. Make it a goal to get out of your comfort zone.
